Terms & Conditions – Travel Zone Pakistan

1. Booking & Confirmation:
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full payment and acknowledgment from Travel Zone Pakistan. Travel itineraries, hotels, flights, and other services are subject to availability.

2. Payment:
Payments must be made via the modes specified during booking. Travel Zone Pakistan reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received on time.

3. Changes to Booking:
Changes to dates, packages, or services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Customers must notify Travel Zone Pakistan in advance for any changes.

4. Cancellation & Refunds:
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review the policy carefully before booking.

5. Force Majeure:
Travel Zone Pakistan is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

6. Travel Documents & Visa:
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and other travel documents. Travel Zone Pakistan is not liable for denied entry due to missing or incorrect documents.

7. Liability:
Travel Zone Pakistan acts as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport). We are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by such providers.

8. Conduct:
Customers are expected to behave responsibly during tours. Travel Zone Pakistan reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the group or violates laws.

9. Health & Safety:
Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for travel and follow all safety instructions during tours. Travel Zone Pakistan may require medical clearance for certain trips.

10. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Pakistan.
