Umrah Guide – Step by Step
Umrah consists of four main steps. Pilgrims first enter the state of Ihram with the intention (Niyyah) and recite the Talbiyah. They then perform Tawaf of the Holy Kaaba followed by Sa’i between Safa and Marwa. Finally, shaving (Halq) or shortening (Taqsir) the hair completes the Umrah and ends the state of Ihram.
