Refund & Cancellation Policy – Travel Zone Pakistan
Cancellation by Customer:
Customers can cancel their booking at any time. Refunds will be processed according to the package type:
- Full Refund: If cancellation is made 7 days or more before the departure date for domestic, international, forest, or majority packages.
- Partial Refund: If cancellation is made 3–6 days before departure, a percentage may be deducted as per package terms.
- No Refund: If cancellation is made less than 3 days before departure.
Changes to Booking:
Any changes to dates, packages, or services, including forest tours, adventure trips, or majority packages, are subject to availability and may include additional charges.
Cancellation by Travel Zone Pakistan:
In rare cases, Travel Zone Pakistan may cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be issued for canceled trips.
Force Majeure:
Travel Zone Pakistan is not liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, customers may be offered alternative dates or partial refunds depending on service provider policies.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes:
- Flight tickets, visa fees, and non-refundable services may have separate cancellation terms.
- Customers are advised to read package-specific terms before booking.
